Agenda 21 Architects designed a modular housing system which was manufactured and fitted out in China. The volumetric modules we shipped as three fully fitted modules and assembled on a site in oxford in 2006.
Subsequently the system was developed further to manufacture fully fitted hotel room and en-suite pods for a hotel. This was followed by constructing a 9-unit residential scheme for Broadland Housing in Norwich which was accredited with the Building Research Establishment Standard for Modular Building LPS 2020.
