Comprehensive interior refurbishment of 220 bedroom 4-star hotel in Kensington. Works comprised of complete stripping out of guest rooms and bathrooms to incorporate upgraded features and finishes.

The remodelled hotel lobby included specially commissioned paintings integrated within a novel cladding systems.
