Formerly the location of a joinery business, this backland site is bounded by the rear gardens of terraced houses on one side, and the railway viaduct of Wanstead Park Overground Station on the other.
The design of the buildings was inspired by the site’s industrial past, which contributed positively towards achieving planning consent.
The scheme was completed in 2018
