A dilapidated single story eyesore building being replaced with a new four-storey community facility, housing cultural and community uses.
The design is contemporary and aims to enhance the context comprising of St Anselm’s Catholic Church on one side and the non-descript residential block on the other. The choice of materials is inspired by the brick and terrazzo cladding used in the adjoining church.
